Salvador SHG

Salvador SHG (Strictly High Grown) grows in areas more than 1,200 m n.p.m. It is perfectly harmonized and quite mild in taste. It is also characterized by high acidity. This Central American coffee is exceptionally soft, as if silky in taste, and at the same time very expressive, full and rich with a noticeable taste of forest fruits and a delicate spice-cinnamon aftertaste.
